This rustic farmhouse loaf is made using semolina, which gives it its beautiful crusty appearance and delicious soft light center. Available in a thick slice, this loaf is mouth watering with spreads; or a slice or two could be re-heated in the oven for a few minutes topped with a dash of olive oil, some fresh tomatoes and sprinkled with fresh herbs.
