Herb Focaccia Round


A simple focaccia can turn into a feast when served as an antipasto with Italian salami, a bowl of homemade Italian vinegar and olive oil dressing, and extra sea salt to sprinkle over the bread. To serve Italian style, dip chunks of the bread in the dressing. Split unheated focaccia in half and place on baking sheet, brush with olive oil. Top with salami, semi dried tomatoes and shredded Provolone or Mozzarella cheese, grill until cheese is melted. (Also available in plain - use code 635)
