Brioche is one of Frances favourite breakfast breads, this sweet tasting roll made with eggs and butter is perfect enjoyed first thing in the morning with raspberry jam & a cafe au lait.  Alternatively, for a light gourmet burger, lightly toast and add a gourmet filling such as pulled pork and homemade coleslaw.
