Place in bowl; cover lightly with plastic wrap. Allow the dough to get to room temperature and continue rising until it reaches to top of the bowl (approx. 30 mins - 1 hr). Remove plastic wrap; flatten dough and press out into a circle. Using a little oil on your hands spread the dough out evenly onto greased pan.
The authentic topping should be a simple one, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and either basil or oregano - red, white and green, the colours of the Italian flag. However you can add your favourite topping like pepperoni, mushrooms, sliced peppers the possibilities are endless. Bake in a moderate oven for about 15- 20 minutes.
