Allow Pizza dough to rest at room temperature prior to handling. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Divide dough into portions and turn onto a lightly floured surface, using a rolling pin, shape each dough piece into a round circle to fit pizza tray or stone. Add pizza sauce and favourite toppings of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven approximately 20 minutes.
