Ciabatta is a traditional Italian ‘Slipper’ loaf, baked on the hot sole of the oven. It’s crispy crust and light, slightly chewy texture can be drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and layered with prosciutto, vinegar peppers, black olives, provolone cheese and thinly sliced ripe tomatoes.
